Josh has been at the nexus of photography, digital cinema and contemporary art for over two decades.

He has been commissioned for work in major print publications, theatre, television and film and is often sought as a collaborator for significant Australian visual artists.

Josh's artwork addresses the problematic bond between photography, anthropology, and history often using a visual economy that invites multiple interpretations. He is interested in the traditional crossroads laid between vision, knowledge, and power, which lie at the heart of photographic image making.
